Has your child missed their school vaccination?

We are running catch up clinics in your area for the following vaccinations:

• HPV: Year 8
• DTP & Meningitis ACWY: Year 9
• MMR: Rec – Year 13

• Flu: Reception - Year 13

[September - December only]

These clinics will be running on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis.
